Lenders are asking for statistically supported appraisals -
Are you ready to deliver?
2 Day Onsite or Online Class - Register Here
ClickFORMS Users: If you answered no, this is your final reminder to sign up for our nationwide 47 city tour to train appraisers to produce statistically supported appraisals.
We announced this initiative to the industry and training seats are filling up quickly. So take the time now to find a class near you.
Lenders want higher quality appraisals. They are convinced that a statistically supported appraisal is better than one without the statistical support. You will be asked to deliver appraisals that include a regression analysis to support your value conclusion. If you cannot deliver these new appraisal reports, an appraiser who can, will get your job. So take advantage of this opportunity and enroll in the course “Interactive Valuation Modeling, No. 226” (co-sponsored by The Columbia Institute).
Special pricing plus great opportunity for CE credit: the class is priced at a “no brainer” $99 with the option of earning 16 hours of CE credit for an additional $149. If you want to take the class online form the comfort of your office, the cost is $99. Note, there are no CE credits for the online class currently.
ClickFORMS 8.0 has all the data management and regression tools built in. In the class, you will learn how to apply these tools so that when ClickFORMS 8.0 is released, you will be prepared to deliver a statistically supported 1004, 2055 or 1073.
