Support Per Incident
$49 per incidentThis option is for customers who are on software maintenance but have not signed up or renewed the support plan. For those occasions when help is necessary, contact our trained Technical Support Specialists for only $49 per incident. Charge applies for up to 4 calls on the same incident.
Note: New and updated forms that are added to the Forms Library will NOT be sold separately. To obtain the new or updated forms, you must purchase the software upgrade. Membership fees apply to each licensed user.
