What’s New in ClickFORMS

MLS Data Import Wizard - Save time with the New Quick and accurate MLS integration

ClickFORMS New MLS Data Import Service allows you to map almost any MLS export file directly into ClickFORMS with just a few clicks. Save the export MLS file, import file into MLS Wizard, create map, save map and then import into Grid!

Word Processor Font Selector

Complete control over the Size, Style and Color of the fonts is now available on the right- click menu in any Word Processor cell (comments cell), or, click Cells>Fonts to access this feature, while in the Word Processor cells only.

New Forms

• Individual Condo Unit XListings - Available in the Addendums folder of the ClickFORMS Forms Library
• RELS Land Appraisal Report - Available in the RELS folder of the ClickFORMS Forms Library
• Landsafe Amendment to the 1025, 1075, and 2055 - Available in the Addendums folder of the ClickFORMS forms library

Live Technical Support

• We've reinstated the Live Technical Support chat feature! Access Live Technical Support under the help menu to chat with a Technical Support Engineer

Email Technical Support & Send Suggestions

• We've resolved the intermittent server issue with emailing Technical Support and Suggestions from the Help menu

Emailing Directly from ClickFORMS

• Email programs (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, and Windows Live) will no longer get "stuck" behind ClickFORMS

Land Form XComps Conversion to Lighthouse

• Land Form now exports up to 9 Comps to Lighthouse

MISMO Update

In our last few ClickTALKS we have addressed the impending MISMO XML requirements, and as promised, we are here with another update.

Although many AMC’s are sending out notifications, with deadlines on submittal of XML, Fannie Mae has yet to settle on the final XML requirements. In fact, they have changed the specification documents, supplied to the software vendors at least 3 times in the last 2 months, and they still have not sent the finalized document.

We plan to implement MISMO XML; however, we are waiting until we have the finalized specs from FNMA before we start this programming.

In the meantime we are still working with the AMCs on two fronts. AMCs that want to integrate and we are also using our contacts at the AMCs to request that they push back their XML requirement dates. We suggest that you do the same.
