AppraisalWorld Membership - Update Your Profile

Next week we will be sending out an email notice to everyone to log into your "My Office" in AppraisalWorld.com to update your profile. Most important will be updating your appraisal license information. We have arranged to have the AppraisalWorld Directory queried by a number of large firms that order appraisals. These are Credit Unions, lenders and AMCs looking for appraisers. If your appraisal license is missing or expired, you will not be considered for the order. So please take a few minutes and update your profile information at www.appraisalworld.com.

CompCruncher Software Update

The CompCruncher™ application continues to improve. We are nearing a new release with many enhancements to the software, so look for the announcement in the next few weeks.

CompCruncher FAQ

The number one question we get is "Is CompCruncher an AVM"? The answer is no. It is not an AVM. There is nothing in CompCruncher that is pre-built. Everything is driven by you - the appraiser. You are the expert; you know your market; you drive the analysis. We just make it easy to do.

Do you have questions about CompCruncher and the new Collateral Valuation Report™ (CVR)? Send them to cvr@appraisalworld.com. We'll get you the answer to all your questions.
