![]() News and Tips for ClickFORMS™ Users • Issue 194 • February 12, 2010 Customers Come First Part I Over the coming months we will be making some changes to our business. Ten years ago when we released ClickFORMS, we had a very simple business model. Today, we have a lot of services, packages, service plans, payment plans and it's all a bit confusing. So we are going to simplify everything. In the coming weeks we will be sending out a letter to explain the changes and what they mean for your business and how you will benefit from them. Please be on the look out for this letter. Customers Come First Part II One change that we can announce here is that every customer that has an active ClickFORMS maintenance account will receive the AppraisalWorld Premium Business membership. This is regularly $149/yr. It provides two important benefits for getting orders: Identity Authentication and Online Appraiser Credential Storage and Management. It gives people placing orders, confidence that you are who you say you are, and with your permission, they can check your credentials quickly. We'll explain the importance of this in the letter you will receive. It's all about getting you more orders. Customers Come First Part III Over the past few months we have announced our new CompCruncher™ software and the new CVR™ report. And we have announced our War on BPOs. But many of you have replied with "What's in it for me? I need full price 1004s to stay in business." Yes, we agree, but we are not sure AMCs and all the other HVCC middlemen are going away anytime soon. So what do you do? The Challenge I want to challenge you to try something new. If you are successful, you will be on your way to making $150/hr doing appraisals. Do the following: 1. Click on this link: http://www.appraisalworld.com/CompCruncher/SampleCVR.pdf. 2. Print out the report. (In color if you have a color printer) 3. Click on this link: http://www.appraisalworld.com/CVR/cvr_info.pdf 4. Print it out and read it so you can talk about the benefits of the report. 5. Take it to a Credit Union or local bank that you do not work for. 6. Show it to the chief appraiser, ask them what they think about it and tell them you can provide this service for $175 and you want all their HELOC work. If you are successful and get additional business, you have just increased your income and discovered a new way to make $150/hour being an appraiser because it will take you less than an hour to produce a CVR report. We want to hear about your experiences. Send them to cvr@appraisalworld.com Learn More About CVRs We are having a webinar next week about the advantages of the new CVR report. Its free and it's a great way to learn about this new opportunity. Click on the link below to sign up. Its next Tuesday (16th) at 10am PST.
