New Fannie Mae 1004MC
The newly released Fannie/Freddie 1004MC form is nearing completion of its integration into ClickFORMS. It is not required until 4/1/09, but we have some lenders that are already requesting it of their appraisers. So look for an announcement on its release in the very short term.

Residential Appraising is #6 Best Job
According to Money Magazine and Salary.com, residential real estate appraising is the #6 best job for people over 50 years of age. According to Salary.com, the median pay is $42,000. 90% of the appraisers make more than $34,700 and the top 10% make more than $60,500 per year. The 10-year job growth rate is estimated to be 23% - not bad. "Flexible hours" was cited as the main benefit of the job.

ClickFORMS Tech Tip: How to Drag a PDF Page
When you are working with PDF files in Acrobat, you can easily reorder pages or move pages from one PDF file to another using the Pages panel. To access the Pages panel in Acrobat, select View/Navigation/Panel/Pages. Then click and drag the thumbnails to reorder and move pages in, or copy pages to another PDF file.
