Rels Pilot Program Update

At long last, major progress has been achieved with the Rels-MISMO Connection project. Bradford Technologies joined forces with Valuation Support Services (VSS) to start the Rels pilot program last week. VSS supports several different companies including Rels Valuation. Appraisers who participate have the opportunity to download a special version of ClickFORMS that will expire once the pilot program ends.

The ultimate goal of the program is to get you connected to more orders. Using the new open MISMO XML standard format, you'll be able to transmit your ClickFORMS appraisal reports to Rels, via the VSS connection, without using proprietary, exclusive formats designed to lock you down to a single software vendor. And because VSS not only works with Rels, but a variety of other business partners, you have even greater opportunities to generate more work. What’s more, any software vendor, lender or bank can receive reports from anyone using this new MISMO XML standard format.

Everyone on both sides is excited about this program due to what it represents to the appraisal industry. Rels, the largest Appraisal Management Company (AMC) in the country, is the first company to implement the MISMO XML open standard. ClickFORMS users who have Rels, along with the Lighthouse and AppraisalPort connections, can get connected to virtually any AMC in the country!
