Personal Information
If you decide to register with us, we will collect Personal Information
about you that you voluntarily share with us. We collect Personal
Information that is necessary for us to provide you with the products
and services offered on our site. As mentioned, this Personal Information
includes things like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone
number. You will provide an e-mail address and select a password
that will be required to gain access to portions of our site.
Other Information
You may decide to share other information with us about yourself,
your work specialties and experiences (for example, number of years
doing commercial or residential appraising). If you share this information
with us, it maybe available in our National Appraiser directory
that others may see. You may still use our site to search for and
purchase products and services even if you choose not to share this
type of information with us.
Opt-out
As part of our effort to continuously communicate with our customers,
we will send you products and services information, advertisements,
updates, promotions, or our weekly company newsletter (ClickTALK
eNews) via your email or business/home address. If you don't want
to receive any of these contents, you may "opt-out" by
sending us an email at unsubscribe@bradfordsoftware.com.
Online Surveys and Contests
We value your comments and opinions. From time to time, we will
invite you, as a registered user of our site, to participate in
online surveys, but the choice will be yours. Your participation
in these surveys is on an anonymous basis, unless we tell you up-front
otherwise.
We may offer you the chance to win a variety
of appraisal products or services related prizes by sponsoring contests.
You choose to participate in these contests or not. If you choose
to participate in these contests, you may share certain of your
Personal Information with us, like your full name, e-mail address
and mailing address. Participation in these contests may include
participation in an online survey. We will only use your Personal
Information to notify you if you win a contest.
When You Purchase
Products and Services Through Our Site
Payment Information and Account History
If you register with us, you will be able to purchase appraisal
related products and services from our site. To do so, you must
provide payment information to us - for example, your credit card
specifics like card number, expiration date, cardholder name and
billing address. We will add this payment information to your account.
Additionally, we will keep a history of all your online purchases
in your account.
Sharing of Personal Information
Generally, we only disclose your Personal Information to our credit
card processor. For example, when you purchase our yearly LIVE support
service, we will provide the credit card processor with the Personal
Information needed to process your transaction. We use our reasonable
efforts to ensure that the credit card processor will also protect
your Personal Information.
Other than as explained in this policy, we will
not disclose any Personal Information we collect from you to others
without your permission, except in certain limited circumstances:
(a) to protect the security of our site and our rights under our
Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) to protect ourselves against liability;

Other Users
If you decide to purchase our products or services for others, we

that is necessary for these other companies to provide the products
or services you have signed up for.

obligated to retain that information or those records.

this policy in a material way (for example, a change regarding disclosure
